Essential cookies and similar browser storage keep the site secure, preserve login state and signup progress, remember core preferences, route requests and support cashback functionality. These technologies are required to provide features you request and are separate from product analytics.

We use Google Analytics and PostHog product analytics to understand visits, web performance and where customers encounter friction. Analytics is configured with a strict event allowlist and masked session replay so that it does not intentionally collect contact details, authentication secrets, raw search terms, bank details, customer transaction, activation, claim, withdrawal or payout identifiers, or exact withdrawal or order amounts.

Session replay is configured to mask form inputs and page text and to exclude HTTP request and response bodies and headers. Product analytics may use a stable pseudonymous account identifier and public merchant identifiers to measure journeys while excluding the customer and financial data described above.

We use privacy-scrubbed error monitoring to keep ReloadRewards secure and reliable. This operational monitoring is separate from product analytics and is configured to remove URL query strings, request bodies, authentication headers, cookies, and common personal-data fields before an error is sent.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking analytics technologies may reduce measurement; blocking essential storage may prevent login, account security or other core features from working correctly.
