Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and ReloadRewards Pty. Ltd. (ReloadRewards, we, us or our). They apply when you access our website, create an account, use our cashback service, or use another feature that links to these terms.

By creating an account or using ReloadRewards, you agree to these terms together with the Cashback Terms, Withdrawal Terms, Referral Terms, Missing Cashback Policy and any merchant-specific terms shown before activation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide complete and accurate information, and keep your contact details current. You may maintain only accounts that genuinely belong to you and must not create duplicate or misleading accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and verification codes secure and for activity conducted through your account. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

ReloadRewards helps members discover participating merchants, activate cashback, follow reward status and request withdrawal of available cashback. We may receive a commission or other benefit from a merchant or affiliate network when a qualifying purchase is attributed to ReloadRewards.

Merchants are independent third parties. Unless we expressly say otherwise, ReloadRewards does not sell, supply, endorse or control a merchant’s goods or services. Your purchase contract is with the merchant and the merchant’s terms, returns policy and privacy practices also apply.

Cashback is not guaranteed merely because you visited a merchant or made a purchase. Eligibility depends on activation, successful tracking, merchant and network validation, the purchase remaining eligible, and the terms displayed at the time of activation.

Cashback may be declined, reversed or adjusted for returns, cancellations, ineligible products, excluded coupons, tracking interference, duplicate claims, fraud, merchant non-payment or other stated exclusions. Pending or approved cashback is not available to withdraw until it becomes available in your account.

You are responsible for any tax consequences that apply to rewards you receive. See the Cashback Terms, Withdrawal Terms and Missing Cashback Policy for more detail.

You must not misuse ReloadRewards, interfere with tracking or security controls, automate access without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy protected content at scale, impersonate another person, manipulate referrals or rewards, submit false claims, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

You must not attempt to obtain cashback more than once for the same transaction or exploit an error. If you become aware of an incorrect credit or security issue, please tell us promptly and do not take advantage of it.

We may maintain, improve, suspend or change parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will take reasonable care in operating ReloadRewards and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect members or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the action and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond. Eligible available cashback remains subject to the Withdrawal Terms and any lawful hold or adjustment.

ReloadRewards and its licensors own the service, branding, software, design and original content. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Merchant names, logos and content belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, ReloadRewards is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, a merchant’s goods or services, or a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any liability that can lawfully be limited is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them to apply.

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. We will publish the updated date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Continued use after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply to future use.
