Choose which notifications you receive

You can choose which ReloadRewards updates you want from the Notifications section of your profile.

1. Sign in and open your profile menu.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Find Notifications on the Profile Settings page.
4. Turn each option on or off to suit you.

The available choices are:

• Cashback tracked: Receive an update when an order is being tracked.
• Cashback available: Find out when your cashback becomes available.
• Special offers: Receive the latest deals and special offers.

Each choice is saved as soon as you change it. Look for the Notifications saved confirmation. You do not need to select the main Save button for these switches. That button applies to profile fields and password changes.

While a preference is loading or saving, the switches may be temporarily unavailable. Wait for the update to finish before changing another option. If saving fails, the switch returns to its previous setting and an error message appears.

These choices are separate from notifications for individual brands. To manage those, open your profile menu and select Brand Subscriptions. That page lists brands you asked to notify you when cashback offers become available, and you can unsubscribe from each brand there.
