Safely close your ReloadRewards account

Deleting your ReloadRewards account is permanent. Review any information you may need and resolve outstanding questions before continuing.

Only available cashback can be withdrawn. If you have an eligible available balance, withdraw it before closing the account. The current minimum shown on the withdrawal page still applies. Pending or approved cashback is not yet available to withdraw.

Delete your account

1. Sign in and open your profile menu.
2. Select Account Settings to open Profile Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
4. ReloadRewards sends a 6 digit verification code to the phone number shown.
5. Enter the complete code.
6. Read the Final Confirmation warning carefully.
7. Select Yes, Delete My Account only if you want to continue.

After the final confirmation, the account is deleted and you are logged out.

If the code is incorrect or has expired, request a new one. If no message arrives, use Resend when the countdown has finished. Resend attempts are limited, so allow time for the message to arrive before asking for another one.

If you only want fewer messages, keep your account and switch off unwanted notification choices instead. You can also manage individual brand alerts under Brand Subscriptions.
