Update your profile details

Your ReloadRewards profile keeps your account details together. You can update your name, phone number and email address from Profile Settings.

Update your details

1. Sign in and open your profile menu.
2. Select Account Settings.
3. Edit your first name, last name, phone number or email address.
4. Select Save.
5. Enter the 6 digit code sent to the phone number shown.
6. If you changed your email address, open the verification link sent to the new address.

If the email field is locked and the page says it is managed by your sign-in provider, update the address with that provider instead.

Changed your mind before saving? Select Cancel to return the form to your current details.

You can also update your profile picture at the top of the page. Choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP image no larger than 5 MB. If profile picture uploads are disabled for your account, the page will ask you to contact Support.

Keep the verification screen open while you check your phone. If the code does not arrive, use Resend when it becomes available.
