How cashback rates, estimates and bonuses work
Cashback is based on the offer rate and the eligible purchase amount reported by the store. It is not always calculated from the full amount paid at checkout.
For example, a store may exclude delivery, taxes, fees, gift cards or selected products. If an offer says "up to", different product or customer categories may receive different rates. The store page explains the conditions that apply when you activate.
Amounts shown before validation can be estimates. The final value may change when the store confirms the eligible order amount, applies a return or cancellation, or reports the transaction in another currency. Pending foreign currency amounts can also move because of exchange rate fluctuations.
Bonus or increased cashback offers have their own dates, rates and qualification rules. Activate during the offer period and follow the conditions shown on the store page. A bonus is not guaranteed simply because a banner or promotion was visible earlier.
ReloadRewards may correct calculation, attribution, currency conversion or reporting errors. Your Cashback dashboard will show the latest amount and status. If the final amount does not match the offer you activated, keep your order confirmation and the relevant offer details, then contact Support or use the missing cashback claim process where appropriate.
