Understand cashback statuses and timing

Your cashback moves through a few stages while the store checks the purchase.

Pending means the transaction has been tracked and is waiting for review. It is not yet guaranteed and the amount may be estimated.

Approved means the store has validated the cashback, but it is still waiting for the required release or holding period. Approved cashback cannot be withdrawn yet.

Available means the cashback is ready to withdraw, subject to the withdrawal rules shown in your account.

You may also see these statuses:

• On hold: Extra checks are being completed.
• Declined: The store did not approve the cashback.
• Reversed: Cashback was removed after a later store update, such as a return or refund.
• Withdrawal requested or paid: The amount has entered or completed the payout process.

Tracking and approval times vary by store, product and return period. The timeframe on the store page is the best guide, but it is still an estimate. ReloadRewards will notify you when funds become available if that notification is enabled.

Open a transaction in your Cashback dashboard to view its amount, expected availability and status history. If a purchase has not appeared after the listed tracking period, check the claim window and consider submitting a missing cashback claim.
