What makes a purchase eligible for cashback?

Cashback eligibility starts before you reach the store. A genuine purchase must be linked to a valid ReloadRewards activation and meet every condition shown on the store page.

Before checkout, make sure you:

• Are signed in to the correct ReloadRewards account
• Activate cashback before visiting the store
• Complete the order in the browser session that opens
• Choose eligible products and meet any required spend
• Use only coupon codes approved on ReloadRewards
• Keep cookies and required tracking enabled
• Avoid clicking another deal, search or publisher link

The eligible order value may be lower than your checkout total. Store terms can exclude taxes, delivery, fees, gift cards, subscriptions or certain products. A partial cancellation or refund can also reduce the eligible amount.

After purchase, the store or tracking partner reviews the order. Cashback may be declined or reversed if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back or found ineligible. Duplicate transactions, false claims and attempts to earn cashback twice on one order are not allowed.
