Withdrawal Terms

Only available cashback can be withdrawn. Pending and approved balances are not withdrawable until they become available.

The minimum Australian withdrawal is A$5. ReloadRewards does not charge a withdrawal fee. One withdrawal request may be made every 24 hours, and standard payouts are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

For a new Australian bank destination, ReloadRewards creates a secure Revolut payout link after account verification. You enter your BSB and account number directly with Revolut. If you choose to remember the destination, ReloadRewards stores a Revolut recipient reference and masked destination rather than your full bank details.

A Revolut bank-details link normally expires after three days. If a payout expires, fails, or is returned, reserved cashback is restored to the available balance after the failure is confirmed.

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for account security, eligibility, payout-method validity, and available balance. Additional verification can delay processing.

Payments must be made to a bank account belonging to the ReloadRewards member.

Available cashback does not expire merely because an account is inactive. Before closing your account, withdraw any eligible available cashback. The standard A$5 minimum currently applies.
