This policy explains how ReloadRewards Pty. Ltd. (ReloadRewards, we, us or our) handles personal information when you use our website, account, cashback service, support channels and related features. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

We may collect account and contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, country, login and verification status, referral code and communication preferences.

We may also collect cashback and service records such as activations, merchant and offer interactions, attributed transaction references, order or claim evidence, reward balances, withdrawal requests, masked payout destinations and payout-provider recipient references. Bank details entered into a Revolut payout link are provided directly to Revolut rather than stored in full by ReloadRewards.

Technical and usage information may include device and browser information, approximate location derived from network data, IP address, security and audit events, cookie or local-storage preferences, pages viewed, performance measurements and privacy-limited analytics events.

We collect information directly from you when you register, update your profile, activate cashback, request a withdrawal, submit a claim, choose preferences or contact support. We also receive transaction and attribution information from participating merchants, affiliate networks and payout providers, and technical information automatically from the service and your device.

We use personal information to create and secure accounts; provide and personalise the service; attribute, validate and pay cashback; prevent fraud and abuse; investigate missing cashback; respond to support requests; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and protect our members, partners and systems.

We use privacy-limited analytics to understand visits, performance and where the experience gets stuck. We use contact details for promotional email or SMS only where we have the required consent or another lawful basis, and we keep service and security messages separate from marketing where practicable.

We may disclose the minimum information reasonably required to merchants and affiliate networks for attribution and claim validation; to Revolut and other payout providers for withdrawals; and to cloud hosting, communications, support, analytics, error-monitoring, security and professional-service providers that help us operate ReloadRewards.

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law, to regulators or law-enforcement bodies, in connection with a business restructure or transfer subject to appropriate protections, or where necessary to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the service.

Some service providers process information outside Australia. Depending on the feature and provider, recipients may be located in the United States, United Kingdom, European Economic Area and other countries where a provider or its subprocessors operate. Our current product-analytics and error-monitoring endpoints include processing in the United States.

Provider locations can change. We take reasonable steps to use providers and contractual or technical controls appropriate to the information involved. Contact us if you want more current information about likely overseas locations for a particular service.

The signup marketing checkbox is optional and off by default. If you select it, we record your preference so ReloadRewards may send you special deals and increased-cashback offers by email or SMS until you withdraw consent.

You can change the special-offers preference in your account or use the unsubscribe option in a marketing message. You can also contact [email protected]. We aim to action unsubscribe requests promptly and within the period required by law. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary account, security, transaction or service messages.

We use cookies and similar browser storage for login, security, preferences, analytics and other functionality. Google Analytics and PostHog product analytics use data-minimised events and masked session replay where configured. Privacy-scrubbed operational error monitoring is used separately to keep the service secure and reliable. See the Cookie Policy for more detail and browser controls.

We use administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed for the nature of the information we hold. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect account misuse.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, cashback validation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, financial and legal record-keeping. We then delete or de-identify it where practicable, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.

You can review or update certain account details and preferences in your account. You may also ask us for access to personal information we hold about you or request a correction by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may refuse or limit a request where permitted by law, in which case we will explain the reason where required.

If you believe we have mishandled personal information, contact us with enough detail to investigate. We will acknowledge and assess the complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published here with its updated date, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where reasonably practicable.
