Change or reset your password

You can change your password while signed in, or reset it from the login screen if you have forgotten it.

Change your password while signed in

1. Open your profile menu and select Account Settings.
2. Enter a value in New Password.
3. Enter it again in Confirm Password.
4. Check that every password requirement is marked as complete.
5. Select Save, then enter the 6 digit code sent to your phone.

Your password must be 8 to 14 characters long and include at least one letter, one number and one accepted special character. Spaces are not accepted, and the two password fields must match.

Reset a forgotten password

1. Open Log In.
2. Beside Forgot your password?, select Reset.
3. Choose Phone or Email, then enter the detail linked to your account.
4. Select Reset and check the email address shown on the confirmation screen.
5. Open the reset link, enter your new password twice and select Reset Password.
6. Return to Log In and use your new password.

A reset link can expire or may already have been used. If that happens, start again and request a fresh link. If Resend is unavailable, wait for the countdown to finish.
