Verify your email and phone number

ReloadRewards uses verification codes and links to confirm that your phone number and email address belong to you.

Phone verification

When you sign up with a phone number or log in by phone, ReloadRewards sends a 6 digit verification code to the number shown on screen. Enter all 6 digits to continue.

Saving changes in Profile Settings also starts phone verification. Enter the code sent to the displayed number. If it does not arrive, wait for Resend to become available. Resend attempts are limited, and the app may ask you to wait before trying again.

Email verification

If your email is not verified, your profile menu shows Verify your email and Resend verification link. Select the resend option, then open the link sent to your email address.

Changing your email address has two checks. First, save the change and enter the phone verification code. Next, open the verification link sent to the new email address to complete the update.

Verification codes and links can be incorrect, expired or already used. Request a new one when the resend option becomes available. Always use the newest message, since an older link may no longer work.

Never share a verification code or link with another person. ReloadRewards Support will not ask for it.
