How the ReloadRewards referral reward works

Under the current Australian referral offer, an existing member can earn one A$10 reward for an eligible new member they invite.

The new member must complete all of these steps:

1. Sign up using the referrer's unique code or invite link.
2. Make one eligible purchase with an eligible order value of A$50 or more after activating cashback.
3. Accumulate at least A$25 in eligible cashback that reaches approved or available status within 180 calendar days of sign-up.

The A$25 amount can come from several eligible purchases. Pending cashback does not count unless it becomes approved or available before the deadline. Referral credits do not count. Withdrawing eligible cashback does not remove it from the qualifying total, but a later decline, reversal or reduction can affect qualification.

The A$10 reward goes to the referrer. The invited member does not receive a reward under this offer unless a separate promotion clearly says so.

The referral must be attached during sign-up. A code added later may not qualify. Both people must be genuine, separate members with active accounts in good standing. Existing members, duplicate accounts and self referrals are not eligible.
