Find a store and check its cashback offer

Start by searching for a store or browsing the cashback categories on ReloadRewards. Open the store page to see whether an active cashback offer is available.

Before you activate, check these details:

• The cashback rate or amount
• Whether the offer says "up to"
• Eligible products or customer types
• Excluded products, fees or order amounts
• Approved coupon codes and promotions
• Tracking and approval timeframes
• Any cashback cap or minimum spend

An "up to" rate is not a flat rate for every purchase. The amount can depend on the product, customer type or transaction category confirmed by the store. Taxes, delivery charges, gift cards, subscriptions and other items may also be excluded when the store terms say so.

The store terms shown when you activate apply to that shopping session. Offers can change for future activations, so it is worth checking each time you shop.

If no active offer is shown, cashback is not currently available for that store. You may be able to subscribe for a notification when offers return. If something in the offer is unclear, contact Support before placing the order.
