Getting started with ReloadRewards

ReloadRewards gives you a simple way to earn cashback from participating stores. When an eligible purchase is tracked and approved, the store or its tracking partner pays ReloadRewards a commission. We share part of that value with you as cashback.

Here is the basic flow:

1. Create your free ReloadRewards account and sign in.
2. Find a participating store and open its ReloadRewards page.
3. Check the cashback rate, exclusions and offer terms.
4. Select Activate before visiting the store.
5. Complete your purchase in the shopping session that opens.
6. Follow the purchase in your Cashback dashboard.

Cashback is a conditional reward, not an instant discount at checkout. A purchase must track successfully and meet the store terms before it can be approved. Returns, cancellations, excluded products and unapproved coupon codes can affect eligibility.

Your dashboard shows what is pending, approved and available. Only available cashback can be withdrawn.
