Shop with ReloadRewards on desktop or mobile

You can start a cashback shopping session from the ReloadRewards website on desktop or mobile. The important part is to activate first and finish the purchase in the same browser session.

On either device:

1. Sign in to ReloadRewards.
2. Find the store and read its offer terms.
3. Select Activate.
4. Complete checkout in the store page that opens.

Avoid starting on one device and finishing on another. Tracking information usually stays with the browser session that opened after activation. Moving from your phone to a laptop, opening a different browser, or continuing later through a separate store link can break attribution.

On mobile, let the activation open the store in your browser. If the store tries to move you into its app, check the ReloadRewards offer terms before continuing because app purchases may not track unless the offer specifically supports them.

Keep cookies and required tracking enabled until checkout is complete. If you use an ad blocker, VPN or privacy extension, pause it before activation if it could interfere with tracking.

After your order, check the Cashback dashboard. Tracking times vary by store, so allow the timeframe shown on the store page before lodging a missing cashback claim.
