Cookies, blockers and VPNs: what to check

Cashback attribution also depends on the shopping session opened by your activation. Before you activate an offer:

4. Return to the store page on ReloadRewards and start a fresh activation.
5. Complete the purchase in the merchant session that opens.

If your browser has strict privacy protection, use its site settings to allow the required storage. The exact controls vary by browser. Avoid deleting cookies or local storage while shopping, as this can remove your login or interrupt the activated session.

After changing a setting, always activate again before ordering. Each activation covers one transaction, so an old or interrupted session should not be reused.
