Which devices and browsers can I use?

You can use the ReloadRewards website on desktop, tablet and mobile. For the smoothest experience, use a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge with JavaScript, essential cookies and browser storage available.

On a phone, open ReloadRewards in your mobile browser, sign in, choose a store and activate cashback. Complete the purchase in that same browser session. Mobile cashback works like desktop cashback, but changing to another device or browser can break the activated session.

You can activate directly from a store page on the ReloadRewards website, so a browser extension is not required for the website journey.

Before you shop:

1. Update your browser if an update is available.
2. Allow essential cookies and browser storage.
3. Keep the ReloadRewards tab open until the merchant page has loaded.
4. Finish the purchase in the browser and session opened by your activation.

If a page or button does not behave as expected, refresh it once. You can then try another current browser on the same device. Remember to return to ReloadRewards and activate cashback again before completing the order.
