Add bank details securely with Revolut

ReloadRewards uses Revolut to collect bank details for a new Australian payout destination. This keeps your full BSB and account number out of the ReloadRewards form.

Start the withdrawal in ReloadRewards and enter the full legal name on the bank account. After you confirm the request, open Withdrawal history and select the secure action for the withdrawal. Enter your BSB and account number directly on the Revolut page.

The bank account must belong to the ReloadRewards member. Check every detail before submitting, as an incorrect destination can delay or return the payment.

You can choose to remember the destination for future withdrawals. If you do, ReloadRewards stores a Revolut recipient reference and masked bank details, not your full BSB or account number. Saved active destinations appear as an option on your next withdrawal.

A new bank details link normally expires after three days. If it expires, open Withdrawal history to check the status and available actions. Do not use an old link or send bank details to Support.

Your first payout to a new destination may have a maximum amount. The withdrawal page shows the current limit. If you save the verified destination, larger future withdrawals may be available within your balance and account limits.
