Request a bank withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, sign in and open Withdraw Money from your account menu.

1. Check that your AUD cashback is shown as available.
2. Enter an amount that meets the minimum and does not exceed your available balance.
3. Choose a saved Australian bank account or select a new bank account.
4. For a new destination, enter the legal name shown on the bank account.
5. Select Continue securely.
6. Enter the 6 digit verification code sent to your verified email.
7. Review the amount and destination, then confirm the request.

The verification code confirms this withdrawal only. Never share it with anyone, including someone claiming to be from ReloadRewards.

If you selected a new bank account, your withdrawal may show Bank details required in Withdrawal history. Open the secure Revolut link and enter your BSB and account number directly with Revolut. The payment cannot continue until this step is complete.

After confirmation, Withdrawal history shows the request and its latest status. Avoid submitting a second request for the same amount. If you made a mistake or the destination does not look right, do not enter bank details. Contact [email protected] and include the withdrawal reference, but never send your full BSB or account number by email.
