When can I withdraw my cashback?

Only cashback shown as Available can be withdrawn. Pending cashback is still waiting for store approval. Approved cashback has passed merchant review but is waiting for its release period. Neither balance can be cashed out yet.

For Australian withdrawals, the current minimum is A$5. Your account must have at least that amount available in AUD, and the withdrawal must be sent to an Australian bank account that belongs to you.

Open the withdrawal page to see:

• Your available, pending and approved balances
• The current minimum withdrawal
• Any active withdrawal already in progress
• When you can make your next request
• The latest fee and processing estimate

One withdrawal request is currently allowed every 24 hours. You may also need to finish the bank details for an active request before starting another one.

Available cashback does not expire simply because your account is inactive. If you plan to close your ReloadRewards account, withdraw any eligible available balance first. The standard minimum still applies.

Cashback can be held or adjusted when ReloadRewards needs to check account security, eligibility or a merchant update. If the withdrawal page says you cannot request a payout, follow the reason shown there or contact Support for help.
