Withdrawal fees, timing and request limits

The current standard settings for an Australian withdrawal are:

• Minimum withdrawal: A$5
• ReloadRewards withdrawal fee: A$0
• Request limit: one withdrawal every 24 hours
• Normal processing time: 1 to 3 business days

Only available AUD cashback counts toward the minimum. Pending and approved balances remain in your dashboard until they become available.

The 24 hour waiting period begins after a withdrawal request. If another payout is active, you may need to complete its bank details or wait for it to progress before starting a new one. The withdrawal page shows the next time you can make a request.

Processing time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Weekends, public holidays, bank processing, a new payout destination or an account security review can add time. ReloadRewards may request further verification before releasing a payment.

A first withdrawal to a new Revolut bank destination may also have a maximum amount. The current limit appears on the withdrawal form because it can change. A saved and verified destination may support a larger future payout, subject to your available balance and the settings shown in your account.
